Any estimates of delivery times are made in good faith and we cannot be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

New Zealand Orders - Estimated Shipping Times
For New Zealand deliveries: All orders are sent out via NZ Post's tracked CourierPost service requiring signature on delivery. Delivery time is 1 business day for nationwide (non-rural) addresses, and 2-3 business days for rural deliveries.
Note: We can deliver to physical addresses only, not to a PO Box. Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. In the best interest and safety of your order, please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied during business hours.
Rest of World Orders (including Australia) - Estimated Shipping Times
For International deliveries (including Australia): All orders are sent out via NZ Post's tracked International Courier service requiring signature on delivery. The delivery target for all international deliveries is 10-15 working days.

New Zealand & Australia Orders - Shipping Rates
- Orders of NZD $80 and above: Free shipping on all items
- Orders of below NZD $80: Flat rate of NZD $10 for all orders destined for an Australian or New Zealand address
Rest of World - Shipping Rates
- Orders of NZD $200 and above: Free shipping on all items
- Orders of below NZD $200: Flat rate of NZD $20 for all orders destined for an address outside of New Zealand and Australia
