ETHICAL SOURCING
We are dedicated to creating well-designed products using the highest quality materials. Leathers and furs are byproducts of farming and are from free range animals. We always select hides from the best possible provenance where animals have been brought up with care and lived wholesome lives; this is reflected in the quality of our leathers.
RESPONSIBLE MANUFACTURING POLICY
Our cities of manufacture are Auckland, New Zealand and Guangzhou, China, and we partner with high quality producers from those two places whom we love working with on all aspects of production. There is no use of involuntary labour, child labour, or corporal punishment - just a lot of passion for creating the best quality handbags. Also crucial is that suppliers maintain a clean, safe workplace and provide wages and benefits to their staff in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
PRODUCTION
We produce our collections in small, considered batches. Each PB piece has been handmade using the finest raw materials. The result is expertly crafted bags and accessories that each have a story to tell. We focus on designing and making pieces that have a life and are to be used and loved for years to come.
